Teacher Gift Idea

Hello, Hello! I hope you all had a marvelous Christmas! I sure did! I honestly can’t believe that it’s already over. Time just keeps moving faster and faster!

You probably already know that for a person who loves to organize (like myself) I’m itching to dive back into the organizing part of things now that Christmas is over. Yes, I’ve already started, but before I share more organizing with ya’ll, I’m going to share a few more quick gift ideas that I did up for this year.

A couple of weeks ago I showed you all the gift that I created for my boys’ male teachers.  I created a very similar version for the female teachers:
6
Which has the Mocha coffee that I talked about in the gift idea for men post.  Bookmarks for lady teachers and…
another fun printable gift card holder.
Which is available to purchase HERE.
Simply print, cut-out, fold, insert the gift card and if you’d like finish with ribbon.
The teacher bookmarks are available to purchase in my shop HERE.
:)
For the Mocha Coffee Label, I used the red damask labels that are available in my shop. You can customize the labels with any wording that you’d like.  Use them to label and organize your home OR use them to cutesify gifts, etc.

I’ve got another personalized gift to show you in a post coming soon, so come back later this week to see what else you can make inexpensively, yet cute as ever.

May you be a little inspired! Until next time,

Gift Idea for Men

Hello! WOW! Can you believe that Christmas is only 8 days away?  Time sure flies by faster and faster each year.

Have you got all your Christmas shopping, baking, wrapping done yet?  I’m done with the shopping, the wrapping is finished, but the baking . . . I’ve yet to bake one cookie!

For real, I’ve never waited until now to get my baking done.  BUT I’ve also never had a busy Etsy Shop at this time of the year either. It’s been keeping me super, duper hoppin’. Along with everything else that comes along with motherhood and Christmas and running a blog and… I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you.

A BIG HUGE thanks to all of you that have been visiting my shop and placing orders! I SO appreciate the business!

Speaking of my shop, I’ve added the blue stripe printable gift card holder and the customized teacher printable bookmark and you can see more details of them in the photo’s below, because it’s part of the guy gift that I created:

This one was a Christmas gift that I made for one of my boys school teachers.

I love finding yummy coffee mixes to give as gifts.

I came upon this Mocha Coffee Mix recipe at allrecipes.com and decided to give it a try.  It’s pretty good, so I created the batch and placed scoops of the mix in plastic baggies, tied them with twine and a fun tag and included a bag of the mix in this gift.

Last year I shared the Fireside Coffee Mix, which is super easy to make and really yummy too.
The coffee cup is from the Dollar Tree.
I also included a gift card to Barnes & Noble…
and put it in the printable blue stripe gift card holder that I sell in my shop.

I also made some bookmarks:
When I showed my husband these guys, he said.. “Hey, I’ll take some of those.” So you know that I’ll be making some for my man. :) I already have ideas rolling.
After creating the bookmarks, I printed and cut them out, laminated them, punched a hole and added twine.

The printable bookmarks are available in my shop HERE and would make for great stocking stuffers too.  They can be customized with any name.  They don't have to be for a teacher only.

Other printable bookmarks will be available in my shop in the near future, so be sure and check in often.

There you have it… a gift idea for any coffee lover, book reader man in your life.

I created something very similar for the lady teachers as well.  I’ll show you that one in another post.

Today, I'm off to do some baking, with Christmas music flowing through the home.  :) I just LOVE this time of the year - "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the YEAR!"

May you be a little inspired! Until next time,

Printable Gift Card Holder (Gift Ideas)

This past weekend I created some printable gift card holders and put together a gift card bouquet for a couple at our church.
The printable gift card holders are available in My SHOP.
This one is the Holly dots gift card holder and message tag.  I printed and folded the envelopes (directions come with the printable.)
and there’s also a message tag included too.
Gift cards (the ones that are a credit card size) fit perfectly in these little envelopes.
and you just print them from home, cut them out and voila – you have a cute way to give gift cards.
:)

You can also add your own little touches to them to dress them up a little more.
I added some rhinestones and ribbon.
They would be so perfect for stocking stuffers or that one person who is so hard to buy for
or for the school teacher, neighbor, spouse, mom, dad, just about anybody on your list.
Who doesn’t LOVE receiving gift cards?  I know I do!!
The great thing about these printables is that you get to use them over and over! Printing them as many times as needed. Of course, for personal use ONLY.

You can also make a gift card holder bouquet, like I did:
I created this pretty much the same way that I did the candy bouquet.
or…
just pop some colorful candy in a bag, along with the gift card in the printable holder, tie with pretty ribbon and you've got a neat little gift for anybody on your wish list.

Again, you can find the printables by clicking the links below:

May you be a little inspired! Until next time,

Take a look at them on gifts…
you can also add them to bags or boxes or any gift.
:)

and for you, my amazing readers, here are your FREE GIFT TAGS:

2011 Christmas Tags
Simply click the photo and print the PDF.

If you missed the tags I created last year, you can view the post here and get those ones for FREE too.

Remember, Delightful Order printables are for personal use only.  If you print them out, let me know and please give credit where credit is due.

ENJOY, share them with family and friends and have yourself a wonderful weekend.

May you be a little inspired! Until next time,

Craft Room - Clients Home - Craft Supply Center

This lil' ole craft room packs so much in it! This is the Part 2 of Jaycee's craft room.  If you missed part 1, the gift wrap center, view it {here.} Let's take a  look at her desires for the room again. This is what she says:

"I envision this place to be a small room with wrapping paper, ribbons, sewing machine, scissors, glue gun, wire and other crafty things that can be easily accessible. I want a place that I can run into to wrap a gift quickly, or somewhere that I can do a craft and if I need to leave it out I can just close the door. Maybe peg boards? It also houses the printer. "
With those thoughts in mind... the Craft Supply Center was created:
clients space
pretty great huh?
Here is the space before:
and another before:
We needed storage, so by removing the top part of the desk and
attaching pegboard to the wall, we got exactly that.
A TIP FOR YOU: if you have a small space - think vertical! You can get so much storage, going UP!
Shelving was added to the pegboard. Some NEW and some USED . . .
We reused those shelves that we removed from the Ikea bookshelf.
Most of the bins here on the shelves are from the dollar tree.
I love the simplify sign! My motto is: simplify. create. organize. decorate.
I NEED to get a sign like that for myself.
We attached a thread rack to the pegboard {to leave the desk clear}
Canning jars make great storage for markers, pens, etc.
Jaycee had these baskets kicking around... so up onto the pegboard they went.
The printer got a new stand... and it also gave us more storage room.
The shelf underneath the printer holds paper and a bin for toner.
Canning jars are also great to hold ribbon and such.
Folders were created for all her 8 1/2 x 11 colored papers.
NOW for the before and afters of Jaycee's craft room . . .
and here is the rest of the room:
{click on the photo below to be directed to part 1 of this room makeover}
I know Jaycee loves this space.
Everything is easy to find and easily accessible, which is exactly what she envisioned.
